Alan Vezza has been appointed the new captain of Clydebank Football Club, with Jamie Darroch serving as vice-captain.
Alan has been one of the leaders in the dressing room since he rejoined the club in August 2015, captaining the side on a number of occasions.
With Phil Barclay moving on from the club, Bankies boss Kieran McAnespie has passed the armband over to Alan – who could surpass 100 appearances for the club next season.
Jamie Darroch’s appointment as vice-captain comes after an impressive debut season for the centre back, who started 33 of Clydebank’s 34 competitive games last season.
