The club are set to mark the 20th anniversary of winning the Central Second Division title with a one-off game on Sunday 5th May.
A host of familiar faces from that 2003/04 league winning season including Kevin Stanley, Mark Hailstones and Mick Tolland will reunite to face the 2012 Central League Cup winners who will be led by Gordon Moffat and will feature Andy Paterson, Darian MacKinnon and Paul Allum.
The match, which kicks off at 12pm at Holm Park, will be entry by donation.
Keep an eye on our social media feeds for full squad confirmations and your chance to take part as we will be raffling off a couple of spots in each squad.
Organiser Paul Cummings explained: “The opportunity to celebrate 20 years of taking control of our club and how far we’ve progressed seemed a no brainer to me.
“To be able to honour Budgie’s title winning side with one of his Central League Cup winning squads led by Moff seemed the perfect event to bring so many back together for a day. It would be great to see as many fans and former players along to watch some old faces wearing the Bankies jersey once again as they roll back the years, and our raffle will give a couple of lucky supporters the chance to be part of the on field action too.
“I think everyone connected with the club over the last 20 years should be proud of their contribution as we continue to try and progress the Clydebank name back up the Scottish football ladder and this game can be an opportunity for us all to celebrate our efforts while making some money for a local charity too.
