MARK Burbidge celebrated scooping six awards at the Bankies annual Player of the Year ceremony by signing a new contract with the club.
The winger, who joined Budgie McGhie’s side from Harmony Row last summer, has signed a one year deal to remain with the Bankies.
He joined top scorer Nicky Little, who also put pet to paper to commit his future to the club, and picked up the Golden Boot award after equalling the record set by Darian MacKinnon of 21 league goals.
Burbidge picked up the Bankie Babes, Supporters Club, UCS Trust, Bobby Wood Award and Player’s Player of the year before completing his trophy haul with the main award of the evening, being voted the Clydebank FC Player of the Year for season 2015/16.
Goalkeeper Josh Lumsden was the other award winner, picking up ‘Individual Performance of the Season’ for a series of tremendous saves against Auchinleck Talbot.
